Custom Quilting is specifically chosen to accent your quilt top.  Many different techniques may be used to enhance the quilt top. The techniques include stitch in the ditch,, continuous curve, set in borders and block designs.

Heirloom quilting is a custom, interpretive quilt design for a specific quilt top. The combination of design elements and motifs will be unique to a specific quilt top. The techniques used could include all listed for Custom quilting plus echoing, dense background quilting and cross hatching.
